LoveNestxx TV Network Privacy Policy

LoveNestxx LLC operates LoveNestxx TV Network, including the Android app identified as com.lovenestxxtvnetwork. This policy explains how we handle information in the TV app and when you contact us about it.

Information we handle

Accounts and profiles. If you create an account, we handle your email address, authentication information, account identifier, and profile details you choose to provide, such as your display name. You can browse public shows and episodes without creating an app account.

Favorites and playlists. We store the episodes you save, your playlist names, and playlist contents with your account so these features work when you return. These are personal account features, not public posts.

Support. When you ask for help, we handle your contact information, message, and information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal records.

Technical information. Our hosting and video providers may process information such as IP address, device and operating system details, app version, connection information, and error or security logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; display profiles; save favorites and playlists; deliver shows and video links; answer support requests; maintain service reliability; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and information sharing

We use Bubble to provide app hosting, account authentication, and backend data storage. Information needed to operate these features is processed by Bubble on our behalf. Authorized administrators may access information as necessary to provide support, maintain the service, and protect accounts.

Episodes may use YouTube embedded players or open in YouTube through the Watch on YouTube button. Loading or playing a video can send information such as your IP address, device information, identifiers, and playback activity to Google/YouTube. They may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies, and activity may be associated with your Google account if you are signed in. Their handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage relevant settings in your Google account.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy safeguards. We do not sell your app account information. The current TV app does not provide a wallet, payment processing, or member-to-member messaging. Separate websites and services linked from the app may have different features and privacy practices.

Storage, security, and retention

App information is stored through our service providers and may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information, favorites, and playlists while needed to maintain your account and provide the service. Support and technical records are retained as necessary to resolve requests, operate securely, and meet legal obligations. After a valid deletion request, we delete or deidentify associated personal information except records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. Residual backup copies may remain until removed through the provider's backup cycle.

Your choices

You can update available profile details and manage your saved favorites and playlists in the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. You do not need to sign in to the app to email a request.

Request account and data deletion

To request deletion of your LoveNestxx TV Network account and its associated data, email theceo3571@lovenestxxapp.com with the subject Delete my LoveNestxx TV account. Send the request from your account email when possible, or identify the email used for your account. Do not include your password.

Email an account deletion request

We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account. Once verified, the request covers your account profile, saved favorites, playlists, and associated personal data. You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account. We will explain any records we must retain and the reason. Removing the app from your phone alone does not delete your account.

Children

LoveNestxx TV Network is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
